I had a second shoot with Baylee and wanted to share a few of my favorites from this session. You can view images from her other session here.
Enjoy!
Recently I had the opportunity to work on a short video documentary project with Lighthouse Mission in Opelousas. Lighthouse Mission is a men’s shelter/transitional. The guys there were so eager to share their story in hopes to set an example and prove that there is hope in the darkest of moments in life.
Here is their story:
Had a fun day shooting with Baylee and crew on Monday. I’m not usually as quick to post, but I really wanted to share these images. Baylee wanted some images for her senior year, but more than that Baylee is very interested in pursuing a modeling career. We spent the day going over tips and tricks for modeling as well as shooting images to begin building a solid portfolio to use for agencies. Here are a few of my favorites from the day.
Enjoy!
It’s a little late coming, but I did want to share a few fun shots from this year’s Halloween with the kids.
Enjoy!
Here are a few images from a shoot I did with the wonderful people over at Bayou Teche Brewing. If you don’t remember I did these images for them a while back along with their website design. These guys are some of my favorite clients. Always such a pleasure to work with. Not to mention… who doesn’t love great beer?! These images are themed “Beer Drinker’s Paradise”. Such a great idea for a Southern Louisiana Beer. These images are used in a good bit of their marketing and collateral for retail.
It’s been a good while since I’ve posted on my blog and I have upwards of 15-20 shoots that I’d love to post, but in the mean time (while I’m waiting on video footage to convert) I figured I’d do a new post. I had a great time shooting with Bryan of Bryan Groves Geology for images to display on his new website promoting his Geology Services. He was really open to my ideas and super easy to work with. I shot this in his office with 1 speedlight for all of the shots. Thanks again Bryan!
Enjoy!
After a long time of preparation and many many months of coffee testing/tasting Café Cohen is now officially open in Lafayette. For the best cup of coffee in town stop in at Lafayette’s Premier Espresso Bar & Coffee Shop Café Cohen inside of Great Harvest Bread Co. My buddy Jason Cohen has put in lots of hard work for this and its finally here. I had the honor of receiving the first cup on opening day and it was perfect!

I came to San Diego earlier this week to visit my brother. Very few people knew that I was going to be in town and even fewer people knew what was happening on the Friday that I was in. Friday my brother worked up the nerve and popped the question to the beautiful Megan Morgan. It was such an honor to be a part of such an event. I’ve never seen my brother so nervous. He had been planning for weeks. The final few days were the worst. Nerves were running high and the anticipation he was feeling was overwhelming. Finally the day came and everything went perfectly. It was such a beautiful proposal.
I’m blessed to have Casey as my brother and am just as blessed to be welcoming Megan to our family. I love you guys.
I wanted to share a few images from their proposal. Megan wasn’t aware that I was in town so not only was the proposal a surprise, but the pictures were as well. Here are a few images from that day.
Enjoy!
