James Charles has officially ROCKED his first year in school. Don’t forget about those first day of school pics! Pre-K is officially over and was a huge success. We will definitely miss the teachers he had this year, but I’m sure we will have great ones next year as well. I just wanted to share an image I took of him this past year in front of an amazing truck full of hood ornaments. Great job James Charles! Here’s to Summer!!!

The other day I was playing around with lights and just doing some test setups. I decided to text Rebecca and tell her that I have taken over the kitchen and be prepared for it when she got home from work. Needless to say you couldn’t really walk through the house because of my monstrosity of a setup in the kitchen. When they got home I wanted to take a few family portraits from a different perspective as opposed to the ones you see everyday. Well… Here is what I ended up with. Enjoy!

It is so evident that I had nothing to do with my children’s looks especially their noses:) Thanks for all the sweet comments–it gives me just a little more courage to let my husband shoot me!!!

Today I was able to see James Charles sign the Pledge of Allegiance and sing a fun patriotic song at school for Veteran’s Day. I just wanted to share a few fun shots of his special little moment.

I just wanted to throw up a few images that James Charles took the other day. I have to say that I was pretty impressed with my 4 year old and his skill of shooting a D3 at 1.4. Not to shabby!
Make sure to give him some props!

On our way back from the beach this summer we stopped off in Baton Rouge for a little treat. In all honesty it didn’t go all too well. James Charles actually puked all over the floor and all over the bathroom. Fortunately I was able to grab a couple of fun shots before I had to carry him away spraying down the place ;) My little man! The things you do for your kids!

Saturday was a big day for James Charles! He turned 3 years old! We had a “SpiderMan” party at the park. The day turned out so beautiful! Before going to the park he and daddy went get an ICEE which was soooo good! After the party we went to sonic for a slush… I guess you get whatever you want on your birthday… either that or James Charles has daddy whipped! I love that little dude… I do tend to spoil him and I don’t care what anyone has to say about it. Look at this kid… Can you blame me???

He is saying “Cheese” here!
He got a new swing-set for his birthday!

We were putting up our Christmas tree today and James Charles was totally fascinated with a wind up little city. Trains go round and round… at least they used to! I grabbed a couple of shots.
