I had the great pleasure of going visit my friends Daniel and Anna as they welcomed in a new little addition to their family yesterday. Abigail Rose Kedinger was born at 10:30am and weighs in at 7lbs 11oz. She also looks sooo much like her big sister Ada! I just wanted to share a few images from my time with them.
Enjoy!
Yesterday evening I had the opportunity to do a commercial photo shoot for Mary Ellen Hathorn of My Pair Tree, a local Lafayette Louisiana artist. Mary Ellen is a painter as well as inventor My Pair Tree. My Pair Tree is a one-of-a-kind hanging shoe rack for flip flops and sandals which really helps keep your closet and shoe spaces organized. The product is super popular and was even featured on the Today Show. One thing that I really love about Louisiana commercial photography is being able to work with such amazing local artist. Crucé Design, another Lafayette local, is working on a website redesign for her. We did a photo shoot for the web site design and product details for the online shopping cart. A portion of the photography was dedicated to taking portraits of Mary Ellen. I’m typically not at liberty to post right away when it comes to commercial photo shoots. I was so pleased with this image and was super eager to get something posted that I made a special request and was able to get approval for a quick post. Here is one of my favorite portraits from the shoot.
Enjoy!
Well… If you didn’t already realize it, Daniel and I had parted ways almost two years ago (snif…). Don’t worry, it wasn’t a nasty separation! I left Crucé and wen’t solo with graphic design and photography and Daniel continued with our love child better known as Crucé Design who also provides graphic design services and web development. Daniel and I still work together on several projects and we also still get to hang out pretty often.
I did a shoot for Daniel for some updates and a fresh look at his space. Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot.
Enjoy!
I had the opportunity to work on another project several months back with Crucé Design for Bayou Teche Brewing. Bayou Teche Biere is distributed by Schilling Distributing. For the project I did the initial design of the website interface along with all of the photography. Crucé took the reins and put on a few final touches and coded the rest of the site. It’s always nice to see a website go live because it is a lengthy process if you are going to do it right. Here are a few images of both the site and photography that I’ve done for this project.
